A few weeks before graduating from first year in BSSM, I borrowed my intern’s and classmate’s computers to put together videos from my mission trip and Revival Group. My roommate asked me if I got a new computer and I said, “No, it’s my classmate’s.” But in my head I was wishing I had my own.
On graduation day, a friend messaged me telling me to check my mailbox. So I went home and found box in my mailbox, which I opened with excitement. It was a computer! I wanted to post the testimony right away, but God told me to wait, so I waited.
After a few weeks, the friend who gave me the computer called me. I asked him why he gave me the computer, and he said, “I was supposed to give it a few months ago, but I have something to tell you. Someone just gave me a new computer and expensive headphones! I never thought my obedience to God of giving you a computer would result in this!” I almost dropped my phone. He received a double portion!
When I shared this testimony with a friend he told me, “You know that in second year BSSM you need to have a computer?” I had no idea! I had been wondering why God gave me a computer at the end of the school year, but He knew that I was coming back for second year and would need it. I was speechless and just cried and worshipped Him. – from Gretchen G.
