I had a patient that was a golden retriever. An exploratory surgery revealed that cancer had completely obliterated the right kidney and penetrated into the peritoneal wall, and was growing down the renal artery and vein and encompassing the aorta. At that stage and degree, you call the owner and ask to euthanize on the table before they wake up.
My husband Steve was about to make the call, but we both felt God wanted to heal him. I had a strong sense of Jesus telling me to grab the cancer and pull it out of the body, which is not possible. Cancer is a part of the body. It started from that kidney and consumed that kidney.
But at His word, I grabbed, and as I was pulling, a kidney formed inside of the cancer, and I pulled the cancer off. I continued pulling the cancer off the vessels. There was all that cancer in my hands, which is not possible. We were so dazed by the Holy Spirit that I did not know what to do. I just sewed him up.
I had cut out the cancerous peritoneum that houses the kidney. When He created the new kidney, I had no place to put it. It was like a ball on a sling. We surmised since a new kidney was a creative miracle, God was just going do another miracle and glue it to the peritoneum. Later I envisioned the pendulous kidney swinging around and strangulating the intestines. This would cause Molson tremendous pain and then death. My faith was jolted.
Molson was home for several days, and all was well. Then we got the call. He had started screaming in pain. I knew what that meant, and my heart dropped. But it was a 45-minute drive to the clinic, and we started intercession. We heard the screams a block away. But when Molson’s feet hit the ground of the clinic, he stopped screaming. I thought, “What do I do now, Jesus? Did you glue it to the peritoneum?”
I told them he didn’t need surgery. He was healed! Molson went home healed and lived a cancer free and pain free life until he died of old age years later.
