Last summer in Norway I was a part of a team holding a summer camp for a number of Norwegian churches. Then in February of this year, a group of Norwegians came to a prophetic conference. Two of them came to me and gave me a plastic bag with Norwegian chocolate, a book, and a letter about someone who got healed. I put it in the back of my truck and forgot about it until a couple of weeks later. When I found it, I read the letter:
“Dear Eric,
I’m not sure if you remember me. My name is Janina. Last year when you visited Norway, you prayed for me at the camp. And since that day my life has become much better. I no longer have Asperger’s. I have become much more positive and responsible, and I now have the ability to forgive the people who have done me wrong in my life. I have lost 33 pounds, and I now work with the children at our church.”
With the letter, she included a photo of herself. Her hair looked familiar, but I was seeing her face for the first time, because when we prayed for her, her hair was pulled over her face. We had prayed for her quickly, “God, just get her good.” – from Eric Johnson
